All orders are normally shipped within one or two days of ordering. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you (via email or phone) and notify you of the delay.
Orders are mostly shipped via the US Postal Service. Any order over 13 ounces is shipped via Priority Mail.
Shipping charges: Charges are determined by weight. We charge the USPS rate for the weight of your order and add $0.25 for packaging and handling.
Shipping destinations: At this time we will only ship to US addresses. This is primarily because credit cards companies are reluctant to process out-of-country cards (because of continuing fraud issues).
Express Shipping: If for some reason you want your order send via courier (such as Federal Express) this can be arranged by emailing or calling us immediately after placing your order. We will calculate the costs, and confirm with you that you want the express shipping.
We charge Colorado state sales tax (2.9%) for any items shipped to a CO address. For some shipping addresses in Denver Metro area we charge the additional RTD/SC tax of 1.1% (total tax of 4.0%). Addresses in Jefferson County are charged CO state, RTD/SC/FD, and county tax (total 4.5%)

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes, you can return any item as long as it is in good condition (same as when shipped. CD's are returnable if you acknowledge that you did not copy, download or print the information. You will be refunded the price of the item(s) and sales tax (if applied). The shipping charges will not be refunded.
Note that returns are NOT allowed on digital-only products, those downloaded or received via email
