Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: All of our products are digital downloads EXCEPT National Geographic/Trails Illustraed Maps They are normally shipped via USPS mail. Large orders may go via Priority Mail.
Q: Do you have all items in stock?
A: We have almost all items in stock. Maps by National Geographic/Trails Illustrated are shipped from the manufacturer. If we do not have an item in stock, we will notify you by email and tell you when we expect to have the item in.
Q: What Sales Tax is charged?
A: We charge Colorado state sales tax (2.9%) for any items shipped to a CO address. For some shipping addresses in Denver Metro area we charge the additional RTD/SC tax of 1.1% (total tax of 4.0%). Addresses in Jefferson County are charged CO state, RTD/SC, and county tax (total 4.5%)
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes, you can return National Geographic/Trails Illustrated Maps as long as they are in good condition (same as when shipped). You will be refunded the price of the item(s) and sales tax (if applied). The shipping charges will not be refunded.
Note that returns are NOT allowed on digital-only products, those downloaded or received via email
Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Yes, only National Geographic/Trails Illustrated Maps if they have not shipped yet. In order to cancel an order, either call us at 303-674-0252 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible once you realize you want to cancel the order. Downloadable, digital products cannot be cancelled as the delivery process is automated.
