Q: How long does it take to get my order? A: We ship most products within one day of ordering. They are shipped via USPS mail. Heavy items or large orders go via Priority Mail. Others are shipped first class. Q: Do you have all items in stock? A: We have almost all items in stock. Maps by Trails Illustrated and William Joseph packs are shipped from the manufacturer. If we do not have an item in stock, we will notify you by email and tell you when we expect to have the item in. Q: What Sales Tax is charged? A: We charge Colorado state sales tax (2.9%) for any items shipped to a CO address. For some shipping addresses in Denver Metro area we charge the additional RTD/SC/FD tax (1.7%)
Q: Can I return an item? A: Yes, you can return any item as long as it is in good condition (same as when shipped). CD's are returnable if you acknowledge that you did not copy, download or print the information. You will be refunded the price of the item(s) and sales tax (if applied). The shipping charges will not be refunded.
Q: Can I cancel an order? A: Yes, if it has not shipped yet. In order to cancel an order, either call us at 303-674-0252 or email kc@troutgear.com as soon as possible once you realize you want to cancel the order
